At Synergy E-Commerce, we take immense care in crafting each divine statue with spiritual significance and artistic excellence. Due to the sacred, personalized nature of our products, we maintain specific policies regarding refunds and cancellations.
All sales are considered final once an order is confirmed and processed. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of change of mind, personal preference, or accidental orders. Each statue is meticulously handcrafted, often made-to-order, and imbued with spiritual purpose, making it uniquely personal.
While we ensure careful packaging, if your statue arrives with significant damage or manufacturing defects:

Provide clear photographs/videos showing the damage
Include your order number and description of the issue
Upon validation, we will offer:
Repair service (where feasible)
Replacement with the same item
Store credit for future purchases
Note: Minor natural variations in color or texture inherent to handmade products are not considered defects.
Orders in Production: Cancellations are not permitted once craftsmanship has begun, as materials are specifically allocated.
Pre-Production Orders: Cancellation requests within 24 hours of order placement may be considered, subject to a 15% processing fee.
Customized statues (specific sizes, materials, or designs) are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once production commences.
If you receive an incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
We will arrange for correct product shipment and provide a return label for the incorrect item
No refunds will be issued for:
Customized or personalized statues
Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
Orders delayed/lost due to incorrect address provided by customer
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
